Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter. People who help run the giveaway and their households can't win. Void where prohibited.
When
Each calendar month (Eastern Time) is a separate giveaway, starting November 1, 2026. Each runs from 12:00 a.m. on the 1st to 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.
How to enter
Enter your email at nobodyownsthisbook.com/win. One entry per email address per month; extra entries are ignored. Entering adds you to the Sponsor's monthly email list; you can unsubscribe anytime, and unsubscribing doesn't cancel an entry you already made. Entries made with automated tools, fake or temporary email addresses, or several addresses for one person are void.
Prize
One prize per month: one hardcover copy of Nobody Owns This Book (approximate retail value $39.99), shipped free to a US address. If that edition isn't available, the Sponsor may send a comparable edition. No cash or other substitution. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Picking the winner
Within 7 days after each month ends, the Sponsor picks one winner at random from all eligible entries for that month. Odds depend on how many eligible entries are received.
Notifying the winner
The winner is emailed and must reply within 7 days with a shipping address. If they don't reply in time, or aren't eligible, another winner is picked at random. The winner's first name and city may be posted on the Sponsor's website and social pages unless they ask us not to.
General
By entering, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions. The Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails, or technical problems. The Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if it can't run as planned. This giveaway is governed by the laws of Michigan. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Amazon.
Winners list
For the winner's first name and city for any month, contact the Sponsor within 60 days after that month ends.
